In general, special runs are for experienced riders. They can
be any length/speed.
e.g. 70 miles at fast pace (15+mph), 50 miles at slow pace, hostel
weekends, etc.
It is advisable to contact the run coordinators above or the run leaders stated for each outing to determine the type of event on offer and whether it suits your abilities.

Once open, you can view or print the information.
Print on a single A4 sheet, both sides. This will give you a foldable
document complete with runs list, descriptions, contacts, etc.
