The AGM of Ayrshire Section of the Cyclists' Touring Club will be held in the Ayr Ex-Services' Club, Academy Street, Ayr 
on Monday 27th. October 2008 at 7:30pm

The agenda will take the usual form including election of office bearers, officer's reports and submission of accounts.
Any nominations or items/motions for inclusion in the agenda should be submitted to the Secretary two weeks before the meeting.
